At FxPro, we see each team member as an integral part of our success story.As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the product life cycle of our cutting-edge digital private banking platform. This initiative spans four platforms, mobile, web, and an internal administration portal - aimed at delivering personalized financial services. You'll work closely with a team of 20 professionals, including software engineers, system analysts, QA specialists, and UI/UX designers, to ensure a seamless, user-friendly, and secure banking experience that meets the highest data protection and regulatory compliance standards.Technology Stack:

• Backend: Java, Node.js
• Frontend: Angular/React (web), Swift (iOS), Kotlin/Java (Android)
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS or Azure (microservices architecture, serverless components), Docker, Kubernetes
• Database: MSQL, PostgreSQL
• APIs & Integrations: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, KYC services)Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Define and maintain project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation for all platforms.
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly to senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage relationships with external dependencies outside of the Company Group and Inside.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the cross-functional team.
  • Facilitate collaboration between engineers, QA, system analysts, and designers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide guidance, remove blockers, and support the professional development of team members.
  • Risk Management & Problem-Solving
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks (technical, operational, compliance).
  • Anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Quality Assurance & Release Management
  • Collaborate with QA to ensure that each release meets the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee deployment processes, ensuring alignment with DevOps best practices.
  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project artifacts.
  • Provide regular progress reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders.Hard Skills:
    • Project Management Methodologies- Deep understanding of Agile, its procedures, and their meaning/profits.- Ability to select and adapt the right approach/methodologies based on project requirements.
    • Technical Mindset- Familiarity with web and mobile development technologies (e.g., Java, Node.js, Angular, Swift).- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.- Knowledge of security principles and regulatory frameworks.
    • Tools & Software Proficiency- Proficient in tech tools (Jira, Miro, Figma).- Experience with collaboration tools (Confluence, Slack, Google services).- Skilled at reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Amplitude, Google Firebase, Appsflyer, Affise).
    • Risk & Compliance Management- Experience identifying and managing project risks, especially in highly regulated environments.- Understanding of the financial industry: sources of income, regulations, data privacy, and compliance standards is a plus.Soft Skills:
