Job Description:
A company is looking for a HEOR Manager responsible for
developing and executing health economics and outcomes research
projects in the Eye Care sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HEOR projects aligned with strategic goals,
including cost burden studies and provider time studies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Global HEOR
strategies into broader evidence plans
Communicate research results effectively to stakeholders and engage
with external thought-leaders for research execution and
publication
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or fellowship in health economics or a related
discipline; PhD preferred
3-5 years of post-graduate experience in the pharmaceutical
industry, CRO, academia, or health-related consulting
Professional training in the field (MD, PharmD, PhD)
Demonstrated success in core HEOR specialties such as epidemiology,
biostatistics, or health services research
Ability to lead health economics projects from inception to
publication with minimal oversight
