Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Support to
lead a team in delivering a consistent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Supervisors and front-line agents across multiple
customer support channels
Act as a communication bridge between the business and customers,
sharing insights and information
Optimize production and quality by utilizing analytics and creating
positive changes for agents and customers
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a high-growth customer support
environment, including management of managers
Experience in a remote work environment with a team of 100+
Healthcare industry experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a changing and ambiguous environment
Proven track record of leading teams through rapid growth and
change
