A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success
with experience in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the Voice of the Customer and optimize internal processes
for efficiency
Lead multiple teams focused on customer retention, growth, and
digital transformation initiatives
Analyze data to drive KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional
teams on customer needs
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management,
Operations, or Business Development in a SaaS environment
4+ years of direct leadership experience
Proven understanding of Customer Success concepts and execution
strategies
Experience in building post-sale operations for small and large
enterprise customers
Experience with leading technical and contract migrations is
strongly encouraged
