Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Invoice Pay to oversee the
Invoice Pay operation and manage the team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Invoice Pay operation, including team hiring,
development, and performance monitoring
Identify process improvement opportunities and develop key metrics
for reporting to leadership and customers
Participate in customer meetings and ensure effective communication
of the Invoice Pay service value
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of supervisory experience preferred or equivalent
experience
Experience with a large payment company is a plus
Treasury experience/payment reconciliation experience
Experience in process improvement/business process reengineering
and project management
