Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage HubSpot, including email coding, nurture
workflows, and lead routing
Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and collaborate
with various teams to optimize marketing tools
Lead a team of associates, providing mentorship and support for
their professional growth
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in marketing operations or related field
Expertise in HubSpot management and marketing automation
Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Webflow, and
Splash
Proven ability to manage and develop a team
Strong understanding of marketing best practices and data
accuracy
