Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to help
clients achieve their goals and ensure effective use of the
Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
Develop trusted relationships with clients to promote retention and
loyalty
Manage the client journey from onboarding to product adoption and
renewal
Drive outcomes and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders throughout the
client life-cycle
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer success or similar role
1+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in the
LMS/E-Learning industry
Strong commercial acumen
Basic understanding of core web components and SaaS
Proven time-management capabilities
