Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage integration activities from acquisition through
post-integration
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align processes and optimize
operations
Maintain stakeholder communication and manage integration risks and
challenges
Required Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience, with 3 years focused on
M&A integration
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related
field
Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex
environments
Strong understanding of business operations and systems
integration
Authorization to work permanently in the U.S
