A company is looking for a Learning and Change Management
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with subject matter experts to assess training needs and
develop effective technology training programs
Ensure regular updates and quality of training materials while
facilitating onboarding and change management processes
Monitor change saturation and evaluate emerging technologies to
enhance customer support delivery
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience in change management, training,
and digital adoption
7-10 years of experience preferred for leadership roles managing
cross-functional teams
Experience in a global or multi-regional context is a plus
Proven ability to implement large-scale change management
initiatives
Strong background in training and development within a business
setting
