Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Maintenance Initiatives
and Programs (DMIPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Recommend, implement, monitor, and manage initiatives to improve
maintenance operations efficiency and satisfaction
Review compliance with operational requirements and communicate
gaps to stakeholders
Collaborate with various departments and support the rollout of new
maintenance platforms
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of multifamily maintenance experience
Proficient with property management software (PMS) such as Yardi or
HappyCo
Experience with technology changes and program management
Self-motivated and capable of working independently on multiple
projects
Demonstrates a bright, energetic approach with the ability to
envision and achieve goals
