Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Engagement Director to
enhance collaboration and support for Commercial Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary global contact for the Partner field,
facilitating engagement and improving support experiences
Oversee business reviews with the Partner field to assess
performance and identify improvement opportunities
Manage partner escalations and develop strategies to enhance the
escalation experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field
AND 8+ years of relevant work experience
7+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or
related fields
Strong organizational agility and impact competencies with
experience in global teams
Ability to influence and drive collaboration across various groups
in a fast-paced environment
Master's Degree and experience with Microsoft Partners are
preferred but not required
