Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and support for a team of psychiatric nurse practitioners, including onboarding and performance monitoring
Oversee clinical escalations and ensure resolution of client issues, including direct outreach
Participate in care coordination for clients in psychiatric emergencies and mentor new graduate NPs

Required Qualifications:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
ANCC board certification
Minimum 2 years of healthcare leadership experience with direct supervision of a clinical team
5+ years of experience in adult mental health
Experience in a startup environment is an asset
