Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Enrollment Specialist for high
volume outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach to perspective health plan members to engage and enroll in
the OnTrak program (expected 100+ calls per day)
Attend trainings as needed
Document and keep records of all interactions with members
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma
Must be fluent in Spanish
1 or more years of experience in outbound sales to consumers
Must be technically savvy and able to utilize multiple applications
at once
Microsoft Office experience
