Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Lead (Team Lead) to deliver
exceptional client experiences and drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Own the client relationship, ensuring clear communication and
exceeding expectations
Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Curators,
delegating assignments and providing strategic guidance
Act as a conduit between Sales, Operations, and Directors to
streamline project execution
Qualifications
5+ years of management experience overseeing complex projects
Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional
client service
Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Suite, and Airtable (or similar
tools)
Creative background preferred for curatorial oversight
