Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and manage their
needs for NARCAN products
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers while
ensuring timely delivery of products and services
Support the sales team and collaborate with various departments to
enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Two or more years of experience interacting with external
customers, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint,
Excel)
Strong general business acumen and project coordination skills
Understanding and passion for assisting individuals with chronic
substance abuse issues
