Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Specialist to ensure
exceptional support and value for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring
service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless client
experiences
Identify up-selling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance
client relationships and support business growth
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
preferred
3+ years of experience in client services, client success, project
coordination, or account management
3+ years of experience in the technology industry, such as
computing, telecommunications, SaaS, or cybersecurity
Experience in ITAD or reverse logistics desired
Familiarity with supply chain management is needed
