Job Description:
A company is looking for an Estimate Review Specialist to manage
and review estimates related to maintenance and turnover
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Review and negotiate complex estimates for work orders and change
orders independently
Identify warranty issues and ensure proper vendor performance
without additional charges
Provide technical advice and support to the Director of Turns,
Renovations, and Maintenance
Required Qualifications
3+ years of estimate review experience in a residential real estate
context
Subject matter expert in residential turn, renovation, and
maintenance practices
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Experience interfacing with HOAs and municipalities
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
