Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner to
provide expert employee relations services.
Key Responsibilities
Advise and resolve complex employee matters including policy
interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management
Lead formal reviews of harassment and discrimination claims,
presenting findings and recommendations for action
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure effective resolutions
and compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a
related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience in human resources or employee relations
managing complex employee matters
Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed
organization
Preferred certifications include AWI, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
