Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time Customer Care
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers regarding package delivery, handling calls,
and resolving issues
Document package delivery flow in the tracking system
Collaborate with regional facilities to enhance customer
experience
Required Qualifications
Ability to multi-task using multiple computer applications during
calls
Availability for various work shifts
Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with at least 8GB
RAM
Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment
check
