Job Description:
A company is looking for an Academic Design Supervisor,
Literacy, Grades 6-12.
Key Responsibilities
Translate product goals into actionable steps for the team and
ensure alignment with the overall product vision
Plan and allocate resources, adapting to changes in scope or
requirements to meet deadlines
Track project progress against budgets and mitigate risks related
to budget, quality, and schedule
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in secondary education, literacy, or a related
field; classroom teaching experience preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in literacy curriculum development
and educational publishing for grades 6-12
Experience leading multi-person teams and working
cross-functionally
In-depth knowledge of content development practices and
academic/pedagogical trends
Experience in project oversight, including managing staff, budgets,
and resources effectively
