Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media
Assist customers and operators by providing necessary

Track bad reviews and support cases to identify and resolve
problems
Required Qualifications
Up to 2-3 years of experience in customer service
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Internet services and software technologies
Familiarity with Zendesk and SQL is a plus
Self-organized with strong time management skills
