Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Specialist (East
Coast).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Resolve, triage, or escalate support issues as appropriate
Create and update customer-facing training materials and provide
customer training
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare
setting
Proficiency with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems is a
plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of managing customer
expectations
