Job Description:
A company is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to
join their HR Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance to
leadership while ensuring policy fairness and consistency
Investigate and address employee complaints and concerns,
conducting interviews and preparing documentation
Coordinate accommodation requests and review metrics to optimize
efficiency in accordance with service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent
experience
4+ years of experience in employee relations
Solid understanding of employment laws
Knowledge of multiple areas of employee relations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with case management
technology preferred
