A company is looking for a Development Associate to support its
development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead donor pipeline research and create engagement strategies
Implement stewardship plans to enhance donor retention
Coordinate fundraising campaigns and events, and assist with grant
submissions
Required Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce database management
Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant professional
development experience
Fluency in English
Experience working directly with donors
Mission-driven with strong networking skills
