Job Description:
A company is looking for a PEO Benefits Specialist to manage
client benefits administration and ensure customer service
excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding benefits
administration and client satisfaction
Coordinate with clients, brokers, and carriers to gather necessary
benefit information and conduct virtual Employee Benefit
Orientation Meetings
Lead the annual open enrollment process for clients and assist with
monthly benefit reconciliation items
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of PEO benefits experience with a client-facing focus
High comfort level with PrismHR
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
CEBS or GBA preferred, but not required
An overall excitement to build something great
