Data & Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
Produce client-focused analysis by exploring data and identifying
trends to address client needs
Create data-driven narratives that highlight client performance and
support strategic decision-making
Maintain proactive monitoring of client health metrics to detect
potential risks and opportunities
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics,
or a related role
Strong understanding of inpatient mid-revenue cycle processes and
data
Proficiency in SQL for ad hoc analysis and debugging data
issues
Exceptional ability to translate raw data into actionable
insights
Self-driven and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment
