Job Description:
Scheduled Days & Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p/finish
Wage: $33-36 per hour
Ideal Candidate Criteria: At least 3 or more years working in a
manufacturing environment.
Job Duties: The SENIOR PRODUCTION PLANNER will work with the plant
manager regarding all aspects of the production schedule.
- - - -Managing the scheduling and timeliness of the production
process.

- - - -Scheduling production and monitoring the production process
for problems.

- - - -Handling production disruptions and productivity
problems.
- - - - - - - -
- - - -Reporting on the production status and any production issues
to upper management.
- - - - - - - -
- - - -Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- - - - - - - -
- - - -Tracking/trending of data collected.
- - - - - - - -
- - - -Working with and leading cross functional teams to optimize
the schedule and to create efficient production schedules that meet
customer demands, accommodate maintenance and shutdowns.

- - - -Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
- - - - - - - -
- - - -Ensures timely and appropriate response to customer and
sales production requests.

- - - -Monitor the overall situation, including incoming orders,
supply chain problems, market changes, and inventory issues to
minimize the impact on production.
- - - - - - - -
- - - -Evaluate the workforce needs and schedule and work
collaboratively with Plant Management and HR to make sure we align
our workforce capacity with customer demand.
- - - -Skills Needed: Good speaking, reading and writing skills in
English for paperwork and computer training purposes. Good working
knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook; good data entry
skills.
