A company is looking for an IT Service & Incident Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Receives and documents client issues, classifying severity and
coordinating resolution efforts
Provides level one technical support and assists with software
updates and installations
Verifies systems during and after outages and monitors critical
path processing for deliverables
Required Qualifications
Typically a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience in help desk support and POS terminal operations
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
is preferred
Typically a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is
preferred
