A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Consultant to help
build an elite customer organization in enterprise tech.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the expert solution architect to enable customers to
achieve their desired outcomes using the platform
Collaborate with Account Managers to upsell and retain customers by
addressing pain points and communicating new functionalities
Provide a world-class customer experience and enhance company
culture through positivity and collaboration
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or consulting
roles, preferably in the financial sector
Proficiency in ERP solutions such as Netsuite, Quickbooks, and Sage
Intacct
Expertise in accounting systems and finance/procurement
workflows
Ability to adapt and excel in a high-growth startup environment
Track record of high performance and a passion for helping
customers
