Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to support
clients within the Managed Security Solutions business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Brief new clients on operational execution and expected
outcomes
Engage in technical discussions related to cyber threat
operations
Provide technical and product support for managed services
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or related field
Knowledge of various SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, LogRhythm,
QRadar)
Familiarity with the MITRE Attack Framework
Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
Current knowledge of client success practices and security
technologies
