Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product architects while fostering
a culture of trust and collaboration
Collaborate with Product Management and Executive teams to define
engineering vision and oversee project execution
Manage the engineering budget and allocate resources efficiently
across projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4 years in a
leadership role
Proven experience managing and scaling high-performing engineering
teams
Strong technical background in software development, architecture,
and cloud-based technologies
Experience with Agile development methodologies
