Overview
Are you passionate about eLearning and ready to lead the charge in
delivering top-notch educational experiences? We're looking to
expand our newly formed learning function and as our LMS
Administrator, you'll manage internal and external learning
management systems (including Workday), ensuring high standards for
content management and deployment of Global Learning & Development
(L&D) solutions. Apply today to be the primary subject matter

role! This is a remote role opened anywhere in the United States.
This is initially a 12 month fixed-term position which is eligible
for all our regular employee benefits, with potential to become a
regular full-time role. Applicants must be authorized to work for

Responsibilities
Content Management & Deployment
- Leads, owns, and acts as the subject
matter expert for the Company's LMS, delivering hands-on
administration and management of the systems and content.
- Oversees content inventory, archiving, and retiring processes
through annual maintenance schedules.
- Manages external 3rd party content catalog and courses.
- Develops and maintains LMS content, establish best practices,
procedures and guidelines. Platform Management & Technical Support
- Ensures ongoing system improvements and configuration of new
features and best practices in the delivery of learning
content.
- Partners with HRMS colleagues for testing and trouble-shooting
platform-related issues.
- Provides functional management of system-driven learning, turns
available functionality on/off and configures how learning content
is deployed to learners. Stakeholder Engagement & Project
Management
- Acts as a key advisor for content standards, ensuring materials
adhere to Global L&D processes for naming, tagging, and
testing.
- Leads the briefing of SMEs and troubleshoots issues and
provides technical support to internal SMEs, HR partners and
employees to ensure the delivery of eLearning content within the
system is done in a consistent and efficient manner.
- Manages enterprise-wide, cross-functional learning deployment
projects, ensuring alignment with Global L&D priorities and
timelines.
- Assesses LMS platforms against global needs, and advises on
potential systems updates, improvements, or changes. This may
include managing migration to, and implementation of, new
systems.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, information
systems, computer science or a related field is preferred, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years' experience administering Workday Learning, including
data migration, testing and validation, system implementation, and
integration.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours to support global time
zones.
- Experience working with SCORM, xAPI, and similar programs and
learning technology.
- Experience effectively managing multiple stakeholders'
expectations while delivering implementations.
