Together, we are building a better world.The Manager Information Technology will be leading the Finance, Tax and Invoicing service tower.Service towers are meant to provide our internal customers end-to-end process support. We strive to increase profitable growth, eliminate non-value added activities and consolidate existing applications for reduced cost with a better customer experience.This position is accountable for:

• Working with key Director/Stakeholders/GES to develop the 1-3 and 3-5 year roadmap.
• Delivering projects or system functionality aligned with the quarterly PI events.
• Managing and mentoring 6-10 Solar employees including:

• Product Owners
• Solution Architects
• Business Analysts
• DevelopersOverseeing an international team of 10-15 that includes functional as well as technical resources.Managing a budget of $1-$3M.Overseeing capital expenditures of $1M.Overseeing a portfolio of 20 applications.Negotiating software contracts to limit cost increases and maximize Solar value.Ensuring adherence to cybersecurity and SOX procedures.Supporting internal and external audits as they relate to the department.The successful candidate will have:
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering results.
  • Experience working with corporate finance teams to deliver IT solutions.
  • Experience with ERP LN, Baan 5C, Hyperion, Vertex and/or Amalto.Summary Pay Range: $140,964.00 - $211,446.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
