Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Lead, AR Recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage daily activities for the AR Follow-Up team,
ensuring production goals are met
Conduct quality assurance audits and monitor team performance,
providing coaching and development
Collaborate with talent acquisition to select and onboard new team
members while enhancing operational processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UB-04 Follow-Up and
Contract/Reimbursement Analysis
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Commercial billing
Understanding of healthcare insurance follow-up processes
Established knowledge of HIT systems like EPIC, Paragon, or similar
billing systems
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is
preferred
