Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Service Assurance Advisor to
drive technical service issue resolution and enhance customer
success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with new Cloud clients to ensure technical success and
proactively address potential issues
Collaborate with multiple teams to facilitate timely updates and
remove impediments in issue investigations
Understand client requirements and contribute to process and
product improvements through feedback
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
7-9 years of professional experience; Pega Consulting experience
preferred
Ability to obtain CSSA or CLSA certification upon hire
Knowledge of AWS, PCF, GCP, and Jakarta EE architecture
Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, CSS/HTML, and database
administration (Oracle, Postgres)
